Lynn Byrne Simon
I discovered the world of pastels in 2008 after years of painting. My primary focus has always been painting landscapes, but I am now discovering the wonderful world of portraits. Painting people is such a challenge and I’m loving every minute of it. Please visit OVA to see my new work.
Julie is an owner of OVA as well as being a founder and Director of Ojai Pottery and Clay School. Her passion for working in clay motivates her to explore a range of ceramic expression from functional ware to bowls shaped like flowers to carvings with motifs drawn from nature. All pieces are high-fired and are microwave, oven and dishwasher safe.
Laura began making glass beads in 1993. Her passion is blending colors to create tiny swirls of color under clear glass. Currently she has been adding flowers to her work. Each petal is “painted” on in the flame using thin strands of multi colored glass.
